This all-inclusive membership is designed for those who value regular movement, intentional rest, and ongoing care for their body and nervous system.

For $225 per month, members receive:
• Unlimited yoga classes at The Shift Healing Arts and Yoga Okoboji
• One 75-minute therapeutic massage each month
• 10% off all workshops, special events, and retail merchandise at both studios

This membership supports consistency. It’s a commitment to showing up for your body through movement, recovery, and rest, without having to think twice about booking or budgeting.

Details:
• Membership is billed as a recurring monthly payment
• 3-month minimum commitment required
• Massage sessions must be used within the month. Credits do not roll over
