A Breathing Experience
with Janine

This 1 hour experience is for anyone that can and wants to breathe!  It is possible to move your body, mind and spirit through an experience similar to a physical yoga practice by only using your breath. The experience begins by gently stretching breathing muscles and their helpers.  Then, using only breath Janine will guide you through a breathing experience. Breath work is integral to excellent health.
