This 5 day series is meant for new and experienced yogi's who are interested in a consistent practice that incorporates heat set at 95 degrees.
Day one will go over the benefits and incorporate breathing and a short sequence to get familiar with moving in the heat.
Day 2 will expand off of day 1 and focus on core awareness, stability and linking your postures with breath.
Day 3 is all about balance and hip mobility!
Day 4 has a focus on heart openers and building off of our hip openers from day 3!
Day 5 we will integrate all we have learned and practiced into a cohesive flow.
